The business’ leader, Neil, began specialising in the space sector in 2009 supporting GEO satcom operators and manufacturers. Today NMR supply to established and entrepreneurial satellite operators, manufacturers and businesses of all sizes across the industry.

Neil’s career started in a software house that created and delivered mobile radio services. He led the work on the introduction of software engineering quality management and these experiences provided the base for his entry into technical recruitment.

Neil has worked in international recruitment markets since the late nineties and founded and led a specialist recruitment company specialising in the telecom sector in Germany for 3.5 years.
